Match Day Thread England World Cup thread - ITS NOT COMIN HOME

Except the Union Flag is the British flag, not the English flag. We will get out the group & then gloriously fail, we love brave losers

    Why use Ticketmaster?

Almost guaranteed they will charge a fortune for posting the tickets out or just as much for the privilege of printing them at home.

    Lee Bowyer

Bowyer proves today he could be a great manager. no room for sentiment when a win was essential today so Jacko stays on the bench. Hoping he'll get a chance in the play offs

It could be argued hat over the years Scottish oil has subsidised the rest of the country (rather than sensibly investing like Norway did). Or is it a case that what's theirs is ours & what's ours is our own.

Apathy setting in like dry rot

Agree Robinson is probably the best person who would be willing to work under these conditions, for Bowyer and Jackson their 1st opportunity to "manage" . They love the club, the question is should they have rejected this opportunity in view of the owner & CEO and risk the chance to develop...

Unless they get the ground in the deal its a non starter, Roland will always have Charlton by the B***s if he keeps hold of the valley, & hes vindictive enough to make us suffer more.

    Season Ticket Sales

Not for me, not even a personal boycott anymore. I can't be asked with the hassle to go watch 3rd rate football. Easier & more entertaining to watch park football. New owners, new attitude to what we want to achieve on the pitch & the pull back may be to much for me.

If exit polls are anywhere near accurate we may not see Royston back on here for a while. Just wish politicians would admit they make mistakes on occasion. We may respect them if they did.

Hobsons choice. Untrustworthy, uncaring, number crunching robot PM or caring human but no idea on economics & a fool as his home sec. Tough call on who to vote for, Labour, Greens or Lib Dems. Academic as the sitting Tory will get back in. I've swung between all three in recent weeks. My...

Very active on Twitter. Just had a conversation with him. Bullish as ever "biggest majority since 2001" . Can't see it myself. Corbyn appears more comfortable where Mrs May is less sure of herself. Her 20000 sins of the past gave come back to haunt her in the worst possible way for the country.

Match Day Thread General Election 8 June

No guarantee she'd get the gig. Mrs May standing strong outside No: 10 saying enough is enough will also have an effect on Thursday, it will focus the mind that she has cut 20,000 police officers from the force whilst she was Home secretary & told the Police Federation not to "cry wolf". I'm...
