Guess the Result and Goal Time (December) **Completed**

I think its too early for results to go our way from a new manager bounce. I would love to be wrong though. Crewe 3 Rovers 0 - 6 mins.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

I've watched his press conference and I will say, I actually liked what I heard. The bit about the excitement he had to take the job. He could have gone to the Scottish Prem and had other jobs available but they didn't excite him. The Rovers job did. He's saying the right things.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

I'm just going by his comments at the time. He seemed to have a bee in his bonnet for some reason.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

I don't know what I've done to deserve this. I'm glad it's just to the end of the season. I will obviously give him a chance. Like I said above, he could send rockets up the players arses - which I think is needed now. So maybe, he can keep us up. And if he does, then we can have a look at...

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

Will Murray (Dan Hargraves replacement at Bristol Live) has said today that both Brady and Bloomfield have already spoken to Rovers.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

Brady had a lot to say about how Rovers won promotion in our 7-0 win. He complained that Scunthorpe played kids against us in that game as it gave us the advantage and complained about our pitch invasion before the game ended as it by the time it restarted, other games ended so we had the...

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

I don't know much about him to be honest. Darren Ferguson tickles my fancy. Perhaps Matt Bloomfield. I thought Pulis retired a few years ago so I am surprised he's on the list.

Whoever comes in, I would get Hutchinson back from Cheltenham. He's done well there and is helping a potential relegation rival push away from us. Getting him back could drag them back into things.

Brady apparently is set to take the job, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

This means nothing of course but here are today's bookies favourites to be our next manager... Name : Odds : Current/Former job Jon Brady : 4/5 : Resigned at Northampton, December 2024 and out of the job since Matt Bloomfield : 7/4 : Sacked by Luton, October 2025 Steve Evans : 3/1 : Sacked by...

Hope you are right. Can't see it though.

DC sacked and Steve Evans new manager

The circus continues. Personally, I can't see how a manager CAN keep his job after losing 10 in a row. BUT I still think he was the best man for the job. These players are so bad, I honestly can't see any manager can get anything out these losers/fraudsters. We will be going down. New manager...
