It's nice to see him playing well. I wouldn't be against another Newcastle loan next season if they stay up - getting regular Premier League minutes will do him well if he is to make the step up to our first team (although I'm still unsure if he can make that next level)

With hindsight it seems that way. But I'm sure we were all raving over the latter of players at the time they were coming up. Who knows if these up and coming players fulfil their potential and become top level players performing consistently. Also I think to name Walcott in the same breath as...

I agree Rafa would be a good option to take over. I would've taken him over Arteta at the point he was appointed. However, what are peoples thought's on letting Arteta see this season out, and maybe pulling something out of the bag with the Europa League (similar to our FA Cup run last season)...
