    Off Topic Six Nations

Two, absolutely no reason the French had on chalked off. Even if it doesn't count, the Scots' defence was breached twice.

Match Day Thread Barnet v Norwich U23 cup thing that we are probably going to win

Arguably we now have too many young players looking capable of doing a good job in the senior team. Young players do to be integrated with support. Put too many on the field at once and you run the risk of naive mistakes. This season we have been doing a good job, I'm glad Maddison has been...

We haven't scored 6 goal for weeks now. Alex Neil out.

Hey it's a norwich match in the international break. I'm ok with that.

The 'vultures are circling' for the Murphy twins

I assume you know Angus Gunn went to Man City years ago. Pep has recently called him up to train with the first team. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/guardiola-man-city-youth-squad-11867886

We beat Southampton the second time we played them last season too. AN is 2-1 up against Koeman

Well that was an enjoyable way to spend the evening. Played it exactly right. Everton don't have enough cutting edge without Lukaku.

It's on tv in the states so there should be a stream.

The league is the priority and frankly even if it wasn't anything we get here would be a bonus. They've had an excellent start to the season. Still the reason we enjoy watching it that its unpredictable.

How long do we give him?

Agree but unfortunately that's not how human nature works. All teams struggle with confidence issues and it can't be shrugged off that easily. One of the reason our young players are doing well, they weren't involved in the relegation so are more positive. A good run will breed more confidence...

How long do we give him?

In general teams do raise themselves against the better teams. The skill is to make sure you're still winning the games where you don't fire your self up and stay in the first couple of gears. In generally that's what's been happening. Its very difficult to motivate a set of relegated players...

How long do we give him?

I wouldn't say that's fair at all, one admittedly very poor game against Birmingham aside we have raised ourselves to the level required for every game played. The reports coming back from today's game sound like we played very well. Forest are a decent side and may stand a chance of a play...

How long do we give him?

Are we far enough into the season for this level of analysis to be relevant. A single loss has a significant effect on position so logically the teams we have beaten will be lower down. Frankly the table is only really worth paying attention to in term of position after 10 to 15 games...

Match Day Thread Norwich City Versus Cardiff City

Him and his brother have a superb eye for goal and seem capable of putting it in from anywhere. I think there's a good chance we will see one or both converting to being more of a striker.

Match Day Thread Under 23 v Valencia.

Good to see Dorrans in there too. I know he's a bit marmite but at this level he's a top player.
