A couple of dutch and german clubs were interested. They even got two bids on him which they(Stabæk) rejected (30 sep.) Steve Bruce says they signed him because of his extreme pace and ability to score lots of goals. We have apparently scouted him for some time...- ArticTiger

I think the Norwegian premier league is equivalent to league one or the lower half of championship at the best. You have teams like Rosenborg which is a OK team. They could maybe reach a top half in championship. But I would rate Stabæk (Diomande´s (former club)) as a club equivalent to...- ArticTiger
