We sit in the Family Stand and I just want to see a game where the away team don’t come over celebrating at the end of the match. It’s just the norm that that’s what happens now.

It occurred to me today that me and my son are in a (probably) small group of supporters who haven’t missed a home league game this season (out of loyalty/madness we’re going to make all 19 with Everton and Leicester) but also haven’t been to an away game so have missed any of the fun at Villa...

I sit by the away fans and they were actually OK today. A bit quiet until the second goal but all songs were supporting their team rather than having a dig at our predicament. No ‘fire drill’, ‘library’ or ‘going down’ songs from them all afternoon.

Liverpool truly awful today. Much of their play Championship standard. Shame we couldn’t capitalise. Onwards to the home must-wins…

I thought four home wins and a draw might do it, but I think you may be right that it needs to be all five home wins now…

You couldn’t make the last two nights up. Two last minute goals to completely screw us. The table suddenly looks a lot worse. :emoticon-0107-sweat

The last one wasn’t actually that long ago. Deulofeu away at Cardiff in a 1-5 win in Feb 19.

Haven’t been on for a while, but I think today’s the day to make a comeback. Brilliant, we’ve knocked on the door so many times to beat Everton both home and away and always just missed out... not today!
