    It's about time this issue reared its head. Apparently these two mercenaries are looking for 300k +a week !

    There are shades of the Van Persie saga in this one, who as we all know canned Arsenal with the intention of finally winning a trophy..Read into that what you will.

    How do you think these negotiations will pan out ? It certainly doesn't look good for the Gunners at the moment and it seems these two are going to be the next in a long line of Arsenal players who will be seen as using the club as a stepping stone to better things, or in harsher words, will be seen as using the club as their whore.

    So, can Arsenal finally stem the seemingly never ending exodus which has defined this era of decline they currently find themselves in ?
