Match Day Thread Swansea City v Sunderland December 10th KO 3pm

Swansea have just lost 0-5 at spurs so this is obviously a walkover for us. Forget the fact that Wigan once lost 0-9 at spurs but beat us in their next game !

 

Yeah it was 9-1 and a certain Jermain Defoe scored 5 of them

We just need to keep things tight early in the game (saying the bleeding obvious). Grow into the game as their fans get restless. If it's one of those games where two teams at the bottom just slug it out in a **** game we need to come out of this with at least a point. Three points would be massive. I'm going for a 2 - 0 to us with the deadly duo getting one each....

 

Yeah if he's not going to get any game time then we might as well off-load him. I still like him though

 

This is a game that we really could do with winning..And one that could take us out of the bottom three..What a boost that would be before the Chelsea game on Wednesday night..

 

Plus, look at the other games this weekend of the teams above us who we could catch on points.

West Ham away to Liverpool
Leicester at home to Man City
Burnley at home to Bournemouth

not only would we be out of the relegation zone, we'd possibly be up to 15th. After the start of the season that we had, that would be brilliant.

So we've got Defoe and Anichebe with no one creative. ****s sake looks like we're going for a point to me.

Need someone with a bit of pace and or skill in the team it had to be either Januzaj or Khazri in for Watmore for me.

Hope Larsson plays a blinder and we win like im more than happy to eat humble pie.

 

I really hate Gillette Soccer Saturday. 3 hour program spending 20 minutes on the big teams playing tomorrow and we get 3 minutes of talk at 2.40pm, just disgusting man
