With Short who can say. If it goes against Sunderland maybe Moyes will be told to trot out "we need to sell players in order to buy", given the increase in accumulation there doesn't feel like much speculation in the air.
I would expect the money for this to have been set aside as a contingency. If we lose it shouldn`t affect Moyes January £3m warchest.

As a business they must surely have money allocated for the contingency of losing. It may or may not relate to how much money is in the pot for transfers but it could just as easily be ploughed into anything else so it's impossible to know what bearing this outcome would have on you.
I changed the warchest to £3m mate. I realised afterwards I was perhaps being a bit optimistic. £8m is pennies really in todays market place. It would only buy us four fifths of a Rodwell. It`s bound to be put to one side. What happens if we get to keep it is any ones guess. Swallowed up somewhere most likely.
Yup this could be massive because Moyes might have to cash in on a certain young keeper as he probably is the only real high value target for anybody in January.
It`s going to be interesting to see what backing Moyse gets seeing as how this is the bloke Short wanted 3 managers ago. Do we get the outcome today do we know or is it just the hearing and they go away for a ponder?
