No idea, but at the moment it isn't really drawing attention from the national media. They're seeing it as the club having no fans, rather than there being a problem at board level. We need to highlight this fact in the best possible way, by getting the national media reporting on it. Then the Allams can't avoid it because it's everywhere.
Rob Palmer is a City fan, he was one 'it's his money, he can do what he wants' types during the name change debacle, but he's changed his tune now.
Im sure he is, Thats what pissed me off about wembly, the rest of the nation assumed we had no fans but no national media thought about asking why??
Shearer had plenty to say over the ownership on MOTD beginning of the season so its not unnoticed. The missing thousands was mentioned as well in the last month..
Doesn't chappers from radio 5 have close connections to the city too? Uni at hull or something? He always talks in high regard for the area
What about Adrian Durham he likes us and studied at Hull uni, i know he's not everyone's cup of tea but he'd generate some coverage
They wouldn't give the time to listen to their own farts, even though they would make more sense than the garbage they come out with!
Of all the people the Allams might agree to speak to, I suspect my son would be quite a long way down the list. The Yorkshire Post was flavour of the month, I'll ask Richard Sutcliffe if they're still talking to him.
yeah i wasnt thinking about talking to them as they dont talk to anyone, i just thought he could generate a bit of interest as he knows the situation and im sure his dad could help him out
He's done a few critical articles recently, the problem is a site like his gets most of its traffic via Newsnow or social media, so City articles are mainly read by City fans, it's hard to get it to a wider audience.
People do not like him because he is incredibly mouthy which is exactly what we need. Maybe we could get him to temporarily abandon his 'daily Arsenal' spot for a 'daily Allam' feature.
