The fact you describe the official UK Government website and Citizens Advice Bureau as guff, makes your post look like the desperate flounce it clearly is.

Stand down lads, the riots are postponed as Citizen Smith's mam's just called him in for tea. <ok>

I know having an opinion is an alien concept to you but all I'm doing is giving one on Le Pen's policy. I've also said I disagree with the UK's based on what you've said of it.

Also, assuming Steven is correct, you trying to equate current UK policy and Le Pen's proposed policy is mere guff. Even if they were exactly the same it wouldn't stop me from disagreeing with Le Pen's.

    Your claim....

Ignoring the UK policy (which you do anyway) Her words.

“I’ve got nothing against foreigners but I say to them: if you come to our country, don’t expect that you will be taken care of, treated [by the health system] and that your children will be educated for free,” Le Pen said.

Afterwards she clarified that she only wanted to block education for immigrants who were in the country illegally, not all foreigners."

Shame, I was looking forward to watching the Watford Wiots.

I suspect the only way of achieving this is by deportation.

It's a pointless and expensive exercise that achieves very little. £6000-8000 per person better spent controlling entry instead.

Hardly pointless. When Berlusconi struck a deal with Gadaffi and they started taking the boat loads of immigrants straight to Libya, immigration to Italy dropped markedly.

Would you pay the ferryman if you'd stood watching the last lot returning? It's a lot of money for them to pay for not much more than a ride round the harbour.

That way, asylum seekers and immigrants can be processed more fairly, rather than the loud or wealthy getting to the front.

I don't think they're going to put all the immigrants in prison wetty. Who would clean Pete's giant pants?

As usual you're talking out of your clueless arse

If you're a UK resident, then you're entitled to free education for your children. What you've posted there is for non UK residents

You've agreed with the point I made that stopping and preventing immigrants at the border is a better use of funds than finding and returning illegal immigrants already in the country.

I do agree with that, yes.

I should have added to my reply, because what I was trying (and admittedly failing) to say was that shipping some of the ones here out would have the same effect.
