It's a fair bet John Parkin wasn't involved.

It's a joke FFS .......... give your head a ****ing shake and stop being so ****ing serious, have a day off. I NEVER EVER get involved in team selection bollocks or slagging players, there are plenty of others here for that game!!

I guess you're on about McGregor...

Why so hostile? Turns out we're entirely on the same page and I thought your joke was more than just that. There's really no argument to be had.

Yeah I speed read it and when talking about dropping I assumed McGregor. Probably because, as you say, Marshall hasnt dropped anything. But if I'd thought about it I wouldve realised that McGregor wouldnt be watching that set of vile ****s.

That'll learn me to speed read (it definitely wont).

Many screechers lambast SB for the Europa Cup exit, forgetting that it as McG's error in Lokeren that ultimately lost us the tie.
Marshall, Jack Coopervitch or McGregor ...for me it's like Uhlsport, Sondico or Nike goalkeeping gloves. Much of a muchness. Not worth arguing about.

You're right. He wouldn't be anywhere near it.

And Elmo would get the blame.

I attended the match with a mate and our sons ( they are Man City fans) and the Celtic fans were all around the stadium. When Celtic opened the scoring about 30 Celtic fans , directly next to us jumped up and started cheering. Apparently they had all flown in from Dublin together, all over 50yrs old and didn't give a flying f..k about their safety.
A truly bizarre evening, of which I'd never seen the like.

They wouldn't have had to worry about their safety. If the stewards and police there are like they are at the KCOM they would have rushed in to throw out the home fans and leave the ones in breach of ground regulations stay where they are. Especially if there was more than 2 of them.

Against Newcastle lots of theirs were ejected, I'm not aware of any of ours that were.
