Met Cheryl Cole in person once. She is much shorter than I realised, she was diddy. She started talking to me and my mind span, and I couldn't form a response, first time I have ever been truly mesmerized by a woman's hotness in the flesh. She must have thought I was a complete ****wit
Cheryl cole is fit when she ain't stick thin. Definitely was one of my favourites but has gone down hill a bit recently. Rachel Riley is deffo top 10 material. Grande on the otherhand maybe a bit too young
Depends on how old you are I guess. Grande is 23, so if you are over 40 she may not be to your liking. It was back in her Girls Aloud days I met her. She came to Milton Keynes to do a Christmas concert at the Xscape. She said to me "It's freezing out here, what's that condition called when you get so cold your organs start shutting down?" To which I replied, something along the lines of "Haba ferbawa"
It's like that hideous looking girl from twilight has so many fans. Someone obviously finds her attractive. I'd put Cameron Diaz in that weird looking that people like category. Taylor Swift has a very reptilian face.
Watched TWD again so that Mrs luv could catch up. Love the scene where Negan gets all human with Carl, the mask certainly slips for a second.
Probably the best episode of a very mixed season so far. TWD seems to be averaging 1 in 2 these days. 1 good ep, 1 **** ep, 1 good ep, 1 **** ep. All it needed was more Maggie and Rosita.....because every episode needs more Maggie and Rosita
I also watched U-571 the other night, was on TV. If it were not for the blatant americanization of the story telling, it wouldn't be a bad film. A tad disrespectful to the British Navy who actually captured many Enigma machines and had Enigma decoded about 8 months before the US even entered WW2! But a decent film.
I quite like the new slower pace, it's showing that as humans they have survived the threat and have found a new way of life. There are communities out there and people cope with the threat. Problem is that some humans now want to rule as is the way of things.
Tony Blair didn't think so, the movie was discussed in Parliament as a slight to Her Majesty's Royal Navy and the writers and producers of the film had to issue an apology, if I recall.
Its not the pace I have a problem with. Season 2 is my favourite season, and if it was any slower paced it would be comatosed. It's the writing and some of the characters. Episode 2 of this season was probably the worst episode of the Walking Dead, ever.
Ep 1 Yep Ep 2 Nah Ep 3 Nah (the Dwight bit with the escapee are quite interesting) Ep 4 Nah Ep 5 Nah Ep 6 Yep Ep 7 Yep
just finished game of thrones 1 to 4. a) blondies story is much better on catch up than over 5 years. Over catch up it flows much better. b) you lose a little watching all through of the time periods about the passage of time built into the show c) the seasons endings... they are all ace. Season 4 is very very good. the whole trial by combat and two borthers talking ****e etc etc. ace stuff. d) the wall story flows better on catch up. jon snow is more clearly a main character and if anyhting rob stark who at the time was seen as the main man i nthe show is not so main after all e) the characters like maester aemon (rip) and sam etc all come through more cos you see it all at once. f) arya stark makes a bit more sense as you forget her journey to be a killer. her time with the hound she kills 3/4 lads. all in all really its the ace tits on all the girls that are most of all recalled.
Love the show so much. Really is the best Audio visual presentation ever produced by the human race. It's when you watch shows like GoT, that the writing in shows like The Walking Dead stands out for how inept it can be. GoT is on another level, with only two other shows imo (The Sopranos and The Wire). TWD occupies the next tier down with shows like Breaking Bad and the CW DC shows. I like them, and they are entertaining, but GoT is on another level.
i must say the trial by combat was stolen straight out of the princess bride though.. great stuff the prince of dorn was worked up all season. great character all to get his head popped like a zit.
better than twd no question. TWD is lost on a longer timescale. Its just wandered about and ended up being derivative.
What about them? Haven't seen Better Call Saul, but seen all of Breaking Bad. Breaking Bad was very good, the writing was decent and the performances were excellent (Especially from Bryan Cranston). If the last season had managed to keep up the same level of quality as the earlier seasons, then I may have considered it for my top tier. Alas it was not meant to be. Breaking Bad was also overhyped to ****ery. GoT isn't, it is hyped, but meets the expectations of the hype.
