Not happening though. Pops is also surely "part of the problem" as he doesn't spend inordinate amounts of time on here. Had a conversation where I asked him a question and it took him 2 days to come back. Is that not precisely what you said my issue was in a previous post? If I was to step aside, I can guarantee posts like this will put off future potential moderators

Pops spends loads of time on here. He's just hasn't been showed the ins and outs so has been completely handicapped. No fault of his but yes it has been a problem, one that's been acknowledged and Com will help Pops out.
See I haven't been shown either. Literally found stuff by luck rather than management. And, until 2 months ago, couldn't see a single report made by anyone due to an issue with my account. Fwiw I should have more time for this place leading up to Christmas as work ramps down from now so I get chance to get on. Will take each month after that as it comes

Not wanting to get in the way of your argument, but as a side note, things will be a lot easier on here now, anyway. I was a big source of trouble for you lot on here. I'm big enough to acknowledge and realise that, so I have started to post a lot more on the Premier league and GC boards now, where we are pretty much all unmoderated. It's better for me, and I'm finding it works. I'll still come on here for the match threads and transfer windows, but I'll generally be in other places. Peace

Well I didn't mean it as sack you from the board. It's just a term I use often and loosely. Just airing Ideals. Just want the board well protected from visiting kernts that's all. Hope to see more of you after christmas. Must be a busy time for you.
Just seen this. Can't be arsed reading through it all. @Ol' Dirty Tel would be my suggestion. He's a ****ing good boy and at times the life and soul of the place. Don't give a **** that he's not a Sunderland fan* he's a big part of the board regardless. *he clearly is a Sunderland fan.
Also hope @Blunham Mackem is back before long. One of my favourite posters on the board and in my eyes an absolute gem of a bloke. The place is worse without him for me.
Thanks mate, but I think it should always be a Sunderland fan on the Sunderland forum. Besides which, Boxing Day is fast approaching and if we don't beat you I would probably spoil Xmas for the board masses using my mod powers <evil laugh>

For what it's worth I think you'd be spot on as a mod Tel and while ideally all the mods would be Sunderland fans it doesn't actually matter. You basically live here you may as well pay rent haha.
I think you lot should pay me to be here, I'm basically a chilled out entertainer. I don't think it'd look great would it, a mod taking the piss out of Rackem's threads once a week? There's many, many reasons, but this thread has helped solve the problem, four good mods who will, between them, steer the ship to calmer waters and then we can have a boat party.
