In his day what an entertainer and striker he was, shame we are hopeless at finding the net these days, what on earth are our front line doing in training.
I am going to Edinburgh for the weekend and am glad I am not at the game, don't think I could cope with it. I am still going to stay positive, a big 3-1 win for us.
Sunderland will beat us, I just hope the score line is not to bad, we are seen now as whipping boys, sad but true, and with clueless Bob still in charge, we are a continueing car crash. The question is this, how many goals this game will our crap defence let in? Defoe must be getting really excited ahead of the game..........
Just pause for a moment and reflect on what exactly we've got to moan about then read this http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/heartbroken-family-learn-little-bradley-12289611
Yes words cannot describe what his parents must be feeling they must be devastated . On other sites it's proposed that his name is chanted on the 5 minute mark .
The outcome of this game could be absolutely anything. Last season's game was Swansea 2 Sunderland 4 if I remember correctly, and 3 of their goals were offside I'll have a stab at an entertaining 6-6 draw.....
All football is a trivial pastime that people enjoy or not but i do like when a club of any sport pulls out all the stops to make these poor kids feel they are very special which they are and give them a day to remember even for a short time......
Heartbreaking this in someone so young, cancer is just exploding in the population, so much poison in the food and air, all I'm hearing is Cancer all the time these days........
There’s a big battle of cellar dwellers on Saturday in the Premier League as last-place Swansea hosts Sunderland. It’s a huge game for both clubs as they look to claw their way out of relegation territory. Sunderland have been doing a better job of clawing their way up in recent weeks, as they have managed to get out of last place thanks to wins over Bournemouth, Hull and Leicester. Swansea, meanwhile, is struggling, and the pressure is building on new manager Bob Bradley, the first American to coach a Premier League side. Swansea have only one win since Bradley took over two months ago, and that was a wild 5-4 victory over Crystal Palace. If Swansea fail to get a result against Sunderland on Saturday, Bradley will face even more criticism...........
Saturday's match officials: Referee: Craig Pawson Assistants: S Ledger, D Bryan Fourth official: G Scott Isn't Scott the idiot who reffed us against Sunderland at the Liberty last season?
Pedant alert.... by my reckoning -27 Fahrenheit is below -27 Celsius..... actually about -33 Celsius. Bloody cold though. Nose hairs freezing for sure!!!
Moyes reckons that Jenkins should be sacked and not Bob, if I had my way I'd sack both, we are going to get thumped tomorrow and if Jenkins is to be believed Bob's job is not under threat!!!......... Jenkins & Bob the builder will take us down.
