Spuds ambition has always been to mimic their better neighbours (Arsenal) and still fail miserably...

Flying the flag? This is football mate not a war. You can use that flag for a picnic spread since you won't be needing it ever again in Europe.

Spurs have forgotten more about Europe than Leicester could ever remember :)

No bonfires pissed on here. Well that's like saying we might not win the league but will still be in it next season or at least trying to get somewhere in it and not making the numbers up. Its all relative. Winning the league has got nothing to do with what this conversation was about.

You lads need to stop patronising the Leicester massive.

So to put it in perspective of last season, you tried to do a Leicester (according to some Fluked the PL Title, although I think they deserved it and are better than the Spuds) in your maiden season in CL and still failed to fully do a Leicester (Fluke CL)! Epic fail.....

Second time round you couldn't even get out the knock out stage doing a Leicester again (similar to fighting relegation after the PL Title)....Epic fail and embarrassment to the English game!

If you are saying going to quarter final is an achievement than again we have done one better than you spuds and been to the final and lost to dodgy decisions...whilst at the same time domestically we have been Champions many a time, can you Spuds say that at all?

So called dry hummpings and humblings only exist in the little world of Dildo, nothing else to say to that really.....

Anyone with any sense can see that you Spuds are an embarrassment in the CL and hopefully you wont qualify anytime soon hey Brave_Sir_Robbin lolz

Lol Flanders got his begging bowl of honour out...trying to hide behind more bullshit he made up in his own head.

If you say you sold 12 pies on match day and we sold 18 that makes us better..that means my parents were right. If I try hard enough I can make a silk purse out of anything.

Course winning the league has something to do with this thread as well, read the title of the thread again "The Tottenham Hotspur "Spiral" Watch" its not called "The Tottenham Hotspur " CL Spiral" Watch"

I don't think you will find anyone patronising Leicester, simply using them as an example like they do in Courts, HIAG would be in a better place to explain that to you as he is a Big Shot Lawyer and understands it very well...:emoticon-0126-nerd:

That is too simplistic way to put it Homer, let me explain.

Being in it for 18 times more than you boys and having reached further than you boys is an achievement in itself, some of those times have been because we were crowned domestic champions and no we don't have to go back to the B&W days for those achievements!

You have to be in it to try and win it and the difference I guess between us and Spuds is that we are consistent in trying and having a go to achieve the ultimate goal in CL, whilst we have done it domestically whilst you boys can only dream of qualifying for the CL and PL...

What kind of a fan am I? Well I am a Gooner and we don't give up at the first hurdle like the Spuds...we win some and lose some but we keep going, whereas Spuds they seem to lose some and then some and give up at the first hurdle, like at the bridge or knock out stage:emoticon-0126-nerd::emoticon-0102-bigsm

My parents taught me to always try and be a winner and don't limit yourself like a Spud and become a complete loser by failing at the first hurdle and never try again. Maybe you should try that with your kids and show Arsenal as an example then they wont be like the Spuds a failure:emoticon-0126-nerd:<laugh>:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0109-kiss:

Sorry mate? Yer what? I'm having some difficulty hearing you ... perhaps if you were to stand up straight instead of crouching there with your arse cheeks spread it might be easier? <whistle>

PS Not entirely surprised that you Spuds have amnesia about Europe ... some of you get very confused with American geography too <laugh>
