Option B - Give the citizens of country X incentives to have children.

Me:-
Option A results in a massive welfare state rife with crime and causes divides in the country.
Option B results in a sustainable economy with an emphasis on family values and reduced male suicide rates.

You:-
Option A is tolerant, inclusive, multikulti, and diverse.
Option B is racist, sexist, fascist and bigoted.
