But how can that be? Inner M25 media darlings, proper fans, big stadium, concessions and good ST prices. It's just us that get shat on and have terrible support.
Given the situation we are in (and I mean off field rather than on the field), given that we are continually 'shat on' as you say, given that there are no concessions, given the number of people who are understandably boycotting matches - the support is not really too bad at all. Much better than the owners deserve anyway.
That really is eerily similar. They even have their own "MK Dons advocate" who talks about other fans having an "agenda" and pretends everything's fine.
It was easy to forecast this would happen. The fans have got exactly what the owners wanted, WHU, like Arsenal (and soon to be Spurs) are now part of the tourist trail - take in the sights of London, come and have, ahem, ''an authentic soccer experience'' before you go home. It's the future, the old school bubble blowers and Michael Caine lookalines are in the minority, if they don't like it? Karen sez ''**** off cos' we don't need you'' (unless we're relegated of course). Expect the backlash to die down once the hoi polloi are placated with a dedicated singing section.
What concessions Mr Happy Its a pathetic £5 a cheaper for kids £25 each for the juniors at west ham away I wont be going to West Ham the robbing bastards.
Glad we had 6 or 7 rocking years at the KC where the team was winning, the ground was full(-ish) and we had a Chairman who got it. Those unhappy Hammers seem to have an Allamistic vision thrust upon them, implemented by owners who are by turn inept and uncaring. Astonishing how badly it's all been bungled. Let's hope they continue to implode. At least they don't have so many nodding-dog dozy ****s supporting their owners.
Care to provide some links to groups who are actively trying to get rid of their owners? Some tips would be handy.
