I'd have gone for a good beer other than the fizz but other than that it's a nice combination you've gone for there.
this is true but for every goal there is a moment where is can be prevented and the size of this moment determines wither its brilliance going forward or rank defending Goal 1 - pen - ok i'll give that one Goal 2. henderosn and lucas.. weak Goal 3. origi, just loses ball in air, only needs to be nodded on out. he was **** since he scored and was switched off goal 4. karius flog I agree that karius was poor there and he actually dropped another out first half that hit lovren and went out for a corner, could have been og. I'm not shocked as every vid i saw in summer he was palming stuff out not holding so this one was coing for 2/3 games. Lallana is a bit harsh as he was put on at RF not RM. I agree. HENDERSON, CAN, WIJNALDUM, LOVREN, MILNER, LUCAS are all big enough and ugly enough senior players to have steadied it but none did and worse 3 on that list ingored the danger and kept bombing on and bombing on while gaps were evident.
It's a shame he doesn't mention the fact that he's a new keeper still adapting. He should also mention that Mignolet is just as bad and has been for 3 years. He should also mention that his mate Lucas and recommended signing Lovren were just as bad if not worse yet he rarely criticises them. I suppose with Moreno out of the team, Carra needs another scapegoat.
Mingolet doesn't drop balls. his faults are different but when he stops a shot, he holds it. its his one real strength. this has been coming and everything i saw form germany suggest karius blocks and doesn't hold anything.
Adapting to what? a different shaped ball? He's a keeper ffs From what I've seen of him Karius is ****e and Mignolet is the better keeper. Moreno wasn't a scapegoat, he was merely complete turd defensively
Well that was a good read...all that emotion, Scouse style...love it....more importantly I see a divorce on the horizon if my biatch doesn't sort the seasoning out in these samosas.
I'd be tempted to go for Hart in the summer, yes he's prone to an error now and then but he's better than these two. Sell Mignolet and keep Karius for the bench as he does have room to improve and maybe worth the no1 shirt in the future, just seems too soon for him to be first choice for a title run.
We should have gone for Hart on loan last summer imo, as Stekelenberg is error prone as well. Cost us 3 points yesterday with that ridiculous charge out.
Liverpool should have been better off keeping Pepe Reina. LB problem and Goalkeeper's problem has been going on for too long.
I only watched the 35 minutes up to half time. 2-0 looking more than comfortable if not a bit complacent. I thought this looks like it could finish up 5-0 Have since seen the highlights and read match reports - what a shocker from Karius. One criticism of Klopp - does he know you can use subs for non-injuries and/or before 80 minutes have elapsed?
Mignolet isn't great, but I don't agree that he's just as bad. He doesn't dominate his box the way he should and is indecisive if he has to think. When he doesn't have to think his instincts are far better than anything Karius has shown so far. We desperately needed an upgrade on Migs, instead we've gone backwards.
I think no one could argue that had we had a top notch GK like Cech, LLoris or DG we would be a really strong team.
