I think Chelsea will take a lot to dislodge as favourites this season. As for the teams finishing in 2nd, 3rd and 4th, it is more of a lottery. At this point in time, Liverpool do look the 2nd best team in the country but Arsenal have a curious habit of finishing runner's up without setting the league on fire. They just seem very consistent even if they are not as entertaining to watch as Klopp's Liverpool. The difficulty for Liverpool is they have no experience of what it takes to win the EPL and I wonder if they will suffer like Spurs last season if it goes neck and neck with Chelsea.

The disappointing thing this season is that no unfancied team is even looking like an outsider. Leicester's success last year was a breath of fresh air but this season it is the usual suspects with the exception of Man Utd who look to be in a vary similar place to Liverpool in the 1990's. Leicester, West Ham and Southampton have all been poor this season compared to 2014/15 and Spurs look the most likely outsider to make the grade.

Mignolet must be spinning in his grave! Who was that flappy bloke in goal today?

It was all the strikers fault (Origi) that they let in 4 goals <ok>

Karius was really pathetic. Two of the goals even possibly 3 could and should have been saved. With a better GK we will even more credible challengers for the title. If we win it, we will have done it despite the GK rather than because of him.

2 for sure... Fraser's one went through his hands and the last one he should have held onto. Yes was powerful shot, but as Carragher said, you don't expect your keepers to make WC saves, you want them to just hold onto the basic ones.

I said when we signed him, watching his youtube clips (not great but all had to go on) considering it's meant to show the best of a keeper, the amount of shots that he palmed back out into the danger zone was very worrying, exactly what happened for their winner.

Who said that? karius has been (rightly) crucified. You score three goals away from home and you expect to win - the defence (and especially that goalie) were at fault today. That said, Origi was woeful for the third, as has been pointed out.

Anyway, 24 games to go - if you keep on picking up points like this and we keep losing... crikey, you'll be 15 points ahead of us at the end of the season! <yikes>

    Or maybe not. <doh>

Yep. And as I'm one of those contributors I can assure you that the blame has been quite comprehensively spread across the team.

Its not just what went in, his saves are so unorthodox. He looks so uncomfortable with shots from range, coming to collect, talking......everything.
I'm no Mig fan, but he is less of a liability.

then you'll have no problem quoting where you got the idea from that we are blaming Origi for losing that game.

It takes a lot to make Migs look a reliable, steady keeper - but Karius has taken on that role with gusto.

I said all of this from the beginning. The arguments I got implied that I was somehow being disloyal, but my loyalty is to the club not individuals. I honestly have seen nothing from him to suggest he's an improvement on Mignolet, and today I'm fairly convinced the latter would have done better.
The excuses wheeled out are that he has potential for the future - but we need someone reliable right now.

First three I came to :emoticon-0100-smile

Origi had a funny game.. few good moments, but partly at fault for their 2nd and 3rd gals with silly errors.

Mane and Origi let the team down after scoring, thinking their jobs were done, not tracking back

A food defence starts at the front and origi goes missing all the time

Now, I haven't gone back 20 pages, but I must add, I've not seen Lovren mentioned as yet. Was he wearing a cloak of invisibility today or something?
