What was the bet about how many Ibra would score?

Whatever it was he is one closer.

 

It was Sydney, and he said that Zlatan wouldn't score 5 all season.

Then he changed it to 5 league goals.

Then he changed it to 5 before Christmas.


And he probably changed it again at some point.

 

Funnily enough I was just looking for the thread now the search bit is back up, but I can't find it.

 

It was in the general transfer thread, I think ...... Ibra may be a bit of an arrogant cock but he continues the do the bizz wherever he plays. It'll be nice to see young Sydney slapped down again

 

He just said he wasn't going to score 5 goals didn't he? Disparagingly vague if you ask me. And also massively wrong.

Oh I just remembered about him saying he only stated actual numbers of goals and deadlines after I bet him a sum of money, Except I didnt bet him a sum of money at all. He still claimed it despite the posts being there as evidence.

 

In case anyone is wondering, Zlatan has 12 goals so far this season.

I believe it's been refined to him scoring 5 between the 2nd and 3rd minute of any game he starts.

That's not me shifting the goalposts, that's my memory of the figures, if someone has the specific quote I'll stand corrected.

I also admitted I was wrong after the first three weeks of the season. This thread is entirely unnecessary. if I'd stubbornly stuck to my guns then that's a different story. Dancing around gleefully is just stupid.

It was very clearly about League goals.

 

The bet I offered wasn't. The post I replied to of his did not mention league goals. FACTaFuckingMUNDO.

His earlier posts that I didn't reply to mentioned league goals.

Is he referring to the posts where I consistently discussed ibras league goal tally but in one particular post I didn't use the word league because it was obvious what was being discussed?

 

Thr whole discussion was about League goals. If you were offering a bet that differed from the subject being discussed then you should have been clearer when offering it.

If you believe you were misunderstood that's more to do with your inability to grasp the cusp of a discussion before wading in acting all Billy big bollocks rather than others' inability to mind read.

 

I offered a bet in which the wording was very clear. What was discussed previously with other posters had a grand eff-all to do with it.
