We were **** because we thought we had the game won. This is really 3 points lost. But all this doom and gloom is a bit over top frankly. We are still well in the chasing pack and Chelsea are bound to have a difficult patch. We are not out of the title race yet.
yup. a bit of rationality would say he lets kill this side by passing it. We showed all the reasons why we are still silly. Did we really expect a title challenge this season? I know I didn't, there's still a lot of the season to go but I'll be happy with a top 4 finish. This is only klopps second season in charge, he will still want to make a lot of changes to the squad. I'd be happy with top 4 this season too, along with a trophy
I think we'll be hugely disappointed if we don't win the title this season. I honestly think the top 4 is done and dusted. But I wouldnt have us as favourites if we had to play CL as well as challenging for the premiership. Of course a top 4 would be a massive improvement on our previous record but we'll be as far away from the title as ever.
no.... 1. 2-0 up = not missed anyone 2. 3-1 up = not missed anyone 3. Reality is 14 mins left at 3-1 we lost 3 goals.. this is NOT missing any one player this is a team failure. even at 3-2 there are things that can be done there to stabilise. a) Henderson on a yellow. move can to DCM. b) team weak? sub on klavan, stick him CB and move lucas to DCM. c) control the game... swith to 451 and tell origi to run about and put lallana wide right, can henderson and lucas in CM. wijnaldum wide.... simple. No LFc didn't do much of anyhting and kept doing the same things. We flogged their first goal. awful pen. we missed clearances on second goal and thrid goal... karius flogged the last one... if we'd had shape IMO we'd not have conceded anyof those goals. nt of this is dow nto simply matip missing. changes were needed and not made and the team onthe pitch plus klopp must take the blame.
Think this is what most of us would have gone for at the start of the season. However hopes have been raised, the media have convinced us we're going to win the title, well we could but so could 3 or 4 other teams and it aint going to be easy.
