    what a nob. You hear luiz interview? can't help but love him, didn't put aguero down at all. Just a class act. I remember around 3 years ago when Aguero 2 footed his thigh in the cup and he brushed that off too

    Fabregas slapped Fernandinho.... didn't see that originally.

    Take back what I said about fabregas earlier, cheap shot and should be retro banned.

    Yup, my sky sports on my phone is a bit behind. Very sly and filthy slap by fab. Wouldn't be annoyed if he got a retro but FA probably will just leave it

    Chalobah was a yellow, push in the chest not above neck so rule states it's a yellow only.

    Fabregas should have been sent off but can't moan at ref for missing that, given can't see all 22 players when brawling like that.

    No i dont think cards should have been thrown all over the place. A good ref pulls people to one side has a word and warns players if he is trying to keep a good open game. Taylor did not do this. In fact there were a series of 3? Challenges in the first half where he was trying to play on, which is fair enough but when he eventually had to stop the game because challenges were getting progressively worse he did not stop the game have a word and warn them he just let them get angrier.
    Like i also said he was really hesitant on basic decsions like corners and throw ins, which when you are playing doesnt make you think the ref is in control. i didnt even mention the luiz challenge that he got wrong.
    As i said before i do not think he was bias towards either side, but watch some of his other games, he is not good in matches where pressure is applied.
    Collina carried an air of authority with him, and until the end was one of the best refs that i have seen. Anyone can make a mistake but Taylor seems to crumble when situations get pressurised.
    Take the end, yes there was a fracas but he still allowed a player to run over get involved and not card them cause he had lost it aswell.
    I have said it before refs need help, he needs more help than others.

    So the ref missed that aswell
    <laugh>
    But so did i, however i am not being paid to officiate, and given that slap led to Fern being red carded....
    With how that went down - game has already stopped why do they not use the tv replay, England rugby match other week two players were carded right at the end of the game because one had stamped on the other and the other had retaliated took 30secs . Decision absolutely spot on. So simple.

    Firstrow site seems to be playing up, as do one or two others. Anyone shed any light on this?

    Didn't see that originally either. He should also have gone. But you cant blame the ref for not seeing it in real time with handbags flying all over the place. Fab will probably get a retro ban for that.

    Is that what we are calling a slap these days? <laugh>

    Barely touched him, if that's enough to turn him into a ****ing nutcase then maybe Fernandinho needs help.

    More of a tap you'd give a mate to draw their attention. Like a stroke. But fabregas was a bit of a pussy to do that to a highly tensed player from the opposing team.

    Still shouldn't touch another players face in this day and age, they could drop like a sack of **** and start writhing on the ground and you get an insta 3-4 game ban.
    Silly thing to do. Fernandinho's response was even sillier though. <doh>

    yep another "foul" on Dele Alli - that is if you consider sticking your leg out sideways into a defender & falling over is foul.
    The Spurs fans didn't seem to appreciate my opinion on the matter :huh:
    i should have told them i was either
    a) Objective
    b) Neutral
    <whistle>
