    They're all pansies.
Doesn't mean a commentator should be condoning it on telly though.

So city without their best spine for next 3/4 games.

No no aguero no fernandinho no kompany.

Otsmendi and stonea looking very poor. Iheanacho is good striker but can he lead the line.

Sane has moments of quality going forward but no defender. No idea why city going 3-4-3 as not got the players for it. They haven't got 1 great CB let alone 3, have no wing backs to play that role.

Certainly dont look look the same team that started the season.

    Anyways, back to the football.
Never thought I'd say this but our defence doesn't look all that bad after all. They were both awful at the back, particularly City.

I don't normally jump on the ref-bashing bandwagon, but Taylor had a real shocker.

to be fair, theres wingbacks are poor. Sagna is decent but i think he's injured. Zabaleta is old and past it.

On the otherside, Kolarov i think is pretty decent but is playing cb and then you are left with Clichy who i think is average

Think taylor did alright. Bar the debateable luiz block off which you see defenders do all the time with Aguero falling over easily i didn't think taylor got too many decisions wrong. Which part did you think he messed up?

Well that one definitely. Clear as day block from Bob preventing a goal-scoring opportunity.
A few others that I thought at the time, but I'm afraid I've lost my notes. :(

Was gonna say same. Don't think he got loads wrong. I'd have booked Luiz and given free kick but wasn't a game changer. Got both sending offs right, all the pen shouts he got right as well

Damn switched off when chelsea got their third and missed the fight. shame they'll be back in time for our match on new years eve.
Neither teams defence was great and city should of been two up with KDB miss, but Chelsea have a much better organisation a the back than City.
Still fancy our chances against the Chelsea wingback tho. Neither Moses or Alonso are that great. The game at Anfield in Jan is going to be a cracker. Can't wait.

He was terribly inconsistent- for a start he booked Kante for a challenge but let three or four others far worse go unchallenged. On a number of occasions he was very hesitant making basic calls like corners. Navas blatant dive not booked. Chalabah retaliation, saying just a shove is irrelevant it was retaliation and he ran a distance to get involved. Allowed guardiola to mock him. He seemed very unsure of himself, personally I think players pick up on that. I have played many a game on Saturdays where the Gaffa has told us to claim for everything cause the ref is not in control and that is what it looked like today.

Apart from our game where he didn't really have any decisions to make I think Taylor is a very very poor ref. Not bias towards any sides just poor.

Guardiola - both players were very very strong (on the aguero tackle).

Yeah, just your guy was strong with both feet 2 foot off the ground <doh>

So basically, you think he should have been throwing yellow cards all over the show?

Maybe kante got it for persistent fouling? Guess he had to give out a yellow at some point.

He might have been hesistant over the corner giving but they were all correct decisions and that is that. Just seems a bit nit picky, i didn't think the match was out of control.

Navas dive yellow okay, thats 1 thing he missed. Maybe could have given chalobah a red. Too much of a fracas at the end though
