In regards to Silvestre and Green... if we went up, or if we miss out and use this season as a proper building block, I hope both have departed before next season. They aren't good enough for the prem, they are both average for the Championship, just as in Bamba and Belusci they both have errors in them, they both have off days with distribution and kicking. I believe it is close between the two who should wear the shirt, I personally prefer Green, I believe his organisation and communication with the defence is far superior.
