Aye, in all seriousness I'd be tempted to put Courtois up amongst them also. Donnarumma is close too, and only 17. He will be one of, if not the very best, in a few years' time. Fully expect him to leave a Buffon-esque legacy.

 

Personally think Curtois is decent but nowhere near those 3, Donnaruma really could be the best ever, you watch his composure and for cud now and it's hard to comprehend he's 17.

I watched Buffon makes his debut for Parma, and he wasn't close to as polished as Donnaruma is already, and Buffon v Schmeichel for best ever, surely?

Don't think he'd buy a keeper if a silly deal was put on the table for Pickford as Mannone is a good keeper - Pickford is better but we need strengthening in other areas before gk if we get the £30 - 40 million which has been mentioned in the press and on here.

When you think about it - if we get £30m - that'll get us 3 more Rodwell's....
