Pretty easy to call since he has done nothing to merit any stronger punishment.

I think astro is pointing out that repeat offending usually means longer bans but thats not occuring here.

With Suarez the FA considered offences years ago in a different league

Last month with Mourinho the FA used the excuse that his previous offence was 13 months ago and they only took 12 months into account

Now he's had 3 charges in 2 months and the FA is still saying "£8k fine should do it"

 

It usually means increased punishment and that is what has happened, they have doubled the fine.

The prick can get away with eye gouging, so hardly a surprise repeat offending he can get away with.

Be funny if some low life criminal can use Mourinho as his defence for repeat offending and say good enough for him good enough for me to get same punishment

Jose Mourinho received a one-match touchline ban after being sent to the stands during Manchester United’s draw with West Ham on Sunday, the Football Association has announced.

Such a pathetic fine is a de facto endorsement
And the FA actually came out and said his touchline ban was meaningless because no restrictions would be placed on him

 

Atleast Jose is being punished,it was far worse with fergie until his final days when they decided they could touch him after all but thats all they did.
