    Yeah. Round here there is always a holiday section up in every store. Xmas ends and it is Valentine's day stuff everywhere come Jan 1st. Feb 15th it is all St. Patrick's. Mar 18th it is Easter stuff up. Easter Monday mother's day stuff comes out. Monday after mother's day it is July 4th crap everywhere.

    After July 4 it is back to school stuff (not technically a holiday). Late August Halloween stuff fills the stores. Nov 1st we're back to Xmas.


    Not a day passes that the stores arnt trying to push the next holiday. Thanksgiving has kinda died a little in stores to make room for the more commercial Halloween and Xmas.

    yes its the same here. its promo after promo without end. Back to school is probably a bigger event (in my experience designing products) than the others outside halloween, thanskgiving and christmas.

    You take so many bad American ideas and make them worse too.

    Like proms for younger kids. Proms for graduating high school kids is bad enough. Why would you torture yourself and make it for younger kids too?
