On the whole I'm honest enough to say I think hull deserved to win because they matched us with ten men and that's not easy to do.

I expected us to get beat tonight, until I saw the team and that gave hope. Newcastle were below par, but so were we, all ten of us, eventuality!

 

No. My first post was purely about the match tonight. GLP replied with some passive aggressive dig about Marshall and I've just been responding to that. I really hoped people wouldn't go on about him tonight but fully expected it. I'm really sick of the negativity about the players in general this season which I think is really unfair, and I really think this result should be celebrated and not used as further ammunition for this ridiculous keeper campaign.

Swanny nailed it when asked. Our problem really hasn't been the keeper. People are going way over the top with emotion.

 

Can't help but feel for the millions of geordie fans not being allowed in the Kcom... to watch them lose. Such a shame.

 

next season n.u. will be a p.l. team and they're going to be a p.l. team with decent strikers. we've had three promotions to the p.l. now and still haven't managed to get the promotion strikers to do anything in the p.l.
