It's true. We are definitely playing in the Championship. And by the looks of that performance, so will Hull next season.

Disgraceful finishing cost us tonight!
We still need a big overhaul during the summer if we go up,cause on this evidence we wouldn't win an away game in the premier league.

 

On the night we showed that we were a match for a very poor Premier League team. The worrying thing for me is how badly we played the colder it got. The style of football we usually play with quick, crisp passes didn't seem ideally suited to playing on a frozen pitch - and it's not as if we won't be facing a hell of a lot of frozen pitches in the next few months.

I thought we were decent in the first half but very poor in the second half. Woke up a little bit in extra time, but still well below par. It was always going to be difficult to win away to Premier League opposition, but was really disappointed in the performance the longer the game went on.
