Well we can answer that last one - "It will be the same as before (and during) Pochettino." <rofl>

You're allowed to be optimistic but the spurs on this forum are fair-weather, more than any other fanbase or any other forum I've visited.

First sign of a sticky patch and you start questioning the manager suggesting he may have to go, looking at alternatives but once the team are performing well, you talk him up as being great and ready for winning the title.

  5. No doubt, you can post links to your evidence for this statement?

Sure, there has been some discussion on the Spurs board as to whether or not Poch was correct to rest certain players for the Chelsea match, and his penchant for fielding players out of position, but all of that has been conducted within the remit of a reasoned and rational debate.

What do you suggest? That we never discuss these things, and simply accept everything that is done by anyone, without any question or words of criticism, no matter how rational or justified?

Remind me again... what is this purpose of this forum? I was under the impression that it was intended for debate on football matters. Silly me!

I've already posted evidence regarding spurs fans being fair-weather. The comments are there for anyone to read (if they choose) but I'll keep everyone updated on how spurs fans change their opinion in the same calendar year or in the space of 3-4 months.

However, If you want to criticise the manager. Criticise the manager.

If you're unhappy with his team selection, you're obviously going to log onto a forum and comment/debate.

The difference between spurs fans and fans of other clubs, is spurs fans (especially on this forum) feel the need to go that extra step. Criticising develops into questioning Pochettino when earlier in the year they were saying Pochettino is the best manager in years.

How can a manager go from “being the best manager in years” to

    “he may have to go”

“ i’m starting to look past Pochettino”

    In the came calendar year?

    Fair-weather spurs fans on Not606.

    #488
  9. We didn't quite make it.

I'm surprised you couldn't find that out for yourself, to be honest, mate.

Did you realise that Arsenal's win against Bournemouth was our 19th consecutive game unbeaten, does that make us the Invincibles again ?

  11. No. You lost early in the season.

How can you claim that Arsenal are unbeaten in the league, when you lost, Pixie? That doesn't compute, mate.

I thought you would have known that?

I know that words fail you, so do numbers it seems.

I didn't say that we were unbeaten in the league, I said that we are unbeaten in the last 19 consecutive games.

Would you like me to explain how that works, there's a clue in the word consecutive

  13. There you go, trying to split hairs in order to make another non-point.

Spurs had the last unbeaten record in the league, Pixie.

I thought you would have known that?

I think you'll find that you're the one who goes all thermonuclear meltdown on here mate.

What have you owned exactly ? You ****ed up on Arsenal's 19 game unbeaten run, so it must be the ability to **** up your wum attempts, again

Strange use of your first 6 posts on a site? A cynical person would wonder if you have been posting under another name. I suppose you are always completely rational after a disappointing result for your club - whatever that may be.
