If I own Leeds and an investor wants to buy the club from me, but can only afford to pay for 50% now and the rest in a few months, what does that say? However another scenario is that Radrizanni is wealthy and not silly and neither is Cellino, and both know that potentially the club is worth a shed load more in the Summer if we get promotion, which is a guaranteed £150m for next season. So Cellino being smart says 'the club is valued at £x now so give me half and you gamble on your half being worth many times more in the future. if however we get promoted you will have to pay me many times more for the other half?

I like you think its bollox but if it were true my theory above would make some sense of it. However we do know Radrizanni has been in out on off for months and then Cellino sorted out all his debts and took full control, which obviously (to many) was a sign he was selling. Then the deal with Radrizanni fell through, why? maybe Cellino thought that things were good on the pitch and value could soar? I dont know but things are never black and white at Leeds. The piece was in a Singapore top newspaper as Radrizanni is a respected bussinesman over there. someone posted the story and photos on twatter
Its in an interview in one of todays daily rags so not too bothered. One worrying aspect is he says there are no Chinese investors and will explain his plans soon. Sounds to me like another consortium could be on the way Not whats needed at all at present

Sorry. I think its bollocks.... The deal described makes no sense. if you keep saying a take over is going to happen one day you will be right. But it doesn't make anyone ITK its just what happens.
If you want to buy something and you are in a position to afford it you assess the value agree a price and buy it.It doesn't matter if its a bar of chocolate or a block of flats the steps are the same. Radrizanni does not sound like the person we want to buy the club. We have had more than our share of chancers.
I still think this bloke was linked to us as part of scamgate sting the papers did a couple of months ago (the same one that saw off Allerdyce from the england job) and the Chinese investors never existed... Would love to be wrong but from experience real business deals do not conducted in the open so I don't believe a word of this latest wheeze.
