This season will be a write off if we don't sort things out.

1 win in 10 games is not good enough.

    What's the answer?

It's a bad thing to say but I find us so tedious to watch...we are seriously boring.
There is no entertainment being served up ...that's my biggest gripe.

2-1 FT. Unbeaten record gone and another poor result with a second-half performance to match.
Didn't take advantage of our dominance in the first half and went to pot in the second.
Failed to trouble their defence at all and I'm not sure if Janssen even got a touch.

Time for Pochettino to go back to the drawing board. Whatever we're doing, it's not working.

couldn't agree more. we keep running into their players or giving it away. are we trying to pass it all the way into their goal. just hit the thing every once in a while

I agree. We're not a great team to watch nowadays

And that's that. Unbeaten run over. Literally nothing to be cheerful about after that. Their equaliser and its timing knocked us for 6.

We keep saying 'wait until we're full strength and see what we can do', but there is a real possibility that these injuries will dog us for the rest of the season and we'll slowly fade away.

  8. Thought we were bright and inventive first half but awful, lacking imagination 2nd half - until GKN came on. There's more than one player to answering our current malaise, but at least there would be some excitement.

First defeat of the season in the league, despite many poor performances. it was gonna happen at some point. But on the bright side, things can only get better.

It's just a shame the first defeat had to be to those ****s.

Hopefully Poch is already having a word with levy regarding 1 or 2 new attacking players. The squad needs a couple of fresh faces to provide healthy competition.

    (Captain obvious right here). <laugh>

There are no old hands in MF to rally the troops in defence or to finish the kill.

And I will repeatedly say it : GKs CANNOT be captains.
When Toby returns, I want him to be team captain.

We lost, but due to only putting in 45 mins rather than 90.
Why the players couldn't realise Chelsky are just another Citeh when
their defence is on the rack, is beyond me.

  11. And every team has injuries to key players. It's how the team copes without them that defines the winners from the also-rans. (Excuse the mixed sporting metaphor lol)

Another Van der Vaart type signing would be nice

Good game Spurs. Pretty even match tbh, you won the first half, us, the second. For all thr big talk on here, from both sides , about drubbings etc, it ended up a closely fought game. <ok>

I was surprised at how defensively you set up and how deep your defenders seemed happy to sit. Considering we were well below full strength and on a miserable run of form, I thought you'd go for the jugular as you did against Everton.

Yeah i thought our first half performance was far too cautious. Dont think it was what Conte planned either. He must have read the riot act at half time because Costa especially was a different player after half time

Good game... Well played 'the Chelsea'...

Well played all our lads, except 'Wimmer', who now looks like a 'bigger girls blouse' then I had previously thought.

My friend Jennsen came on to the pitch late today and was immediately transparent, as if by magic.

Swansea next week. Lets not make hard work of it.

We really don't know if our manager does that.
No supporting evidence this season to suggest so.

I think Luiz should have been off before half time but typically the ref bottles it at Stamford Bridge. I can't wait for Lamela to be fit again. He may give away some silly fouls but he is definitely a major player in our team.

Not as upset as I should be. There were positives to take. we played better first half because we were pressing but we couldn't keep it up as we had a game midweek and they didn't and our squad is depleted with injuries and the suspension.
The fact that we were able to perform first half shows what we can do. we were eventually going to lose, and I hate losing to that lot but they are playing well and have a huge squad-just look at their ''development'' team.
We were able to match them, lost by the smallest margin, (I expected to get hammered the way we've been playing compared to the way they have ) and as wins and defeats are better than draws, maybe we can win a few now.
