Keeps happening. Bad first half. Massive improvement second but some of those games have been beyond us before half time.
I dont think any of his tactical decisions are anything other than him having no choice. When he has a choice, he chooses wrong. Every time.
Somebody did a number on him, mafia style? I hope it was a tactical substitution. I'd drop him quicker than a hot potato, along with Henriksen, Bob looks as much use as a chocolate fire guard up front. He's done nothing for me to say he's a useful hold up striker, unless he starts getting into scoring positions & actually scoring he won't be missed when the ACON comes along in January. Marshall 1 save, good as it was, doesn't make up for the soft goal we conceded. That's 4 players I'm criticising that were new signings. Waste of time & money IMO! I still don't think MP had anything to do with the signings.
Well I don't know about the rest of you but I'm happy that we didn't lose that. Big improvement in the second half, Diomande has to start next week, and I suspect we'll be seeing Meyler in for Mason and Robertson in for Tymon.
Looking at the table we're not too far away from safety. Trouble is I can't see a team above us I think we're better than.
Even if we get money to spend we need someone capable of spending it on decent players..we sure seem to be good at wasting it Mr Cambridge
Livermore had his worst game for a while, not like him at all. Thudd for Mason next game, if he comes through the cup game then I'd like to see Abob start at LB.
I rang up the other week after I got paid, said 130 cash. They said NO! This week I'll offer £100 cash & they'll be begging me for that extra £30!
Spirited second half but little else against an average Baggies outfit. The only bit of guile and quality we have is still all outside the box which is ok for lower leagues, but not enough firepower to compete with the big boys. In a nutshell, never saw enough again today to suggest we will avoid Championship football unless we find a goal scorer or two.
In all the turmoil and pandemonium Clucas is emerging to be a cracking player. Despite the ineptitude of those running the club meaning he had to fill in at left back his move to centre midfield is a master stroke, and he's revelling in it. His intelligence and range of passing are excellent and has a brilliant engine. If Henriksen is worth 4 and Mason 13 Sam must be worth both these fees together. Shout out for Tymon too look assured and didn't put a foot wrong. Some people need to realise what age this lad. He needs looking after ie bringing off with 10 minutes to go when he's cramping up and the opposition are making a bee line for his wing. Or not putting a player in front of him with no defensive capabilities what so ever or Mason. I really do hope the lad realises with all the turmoil he's going to develop as a player here rather than playing for some ones U23s and been shipped on loan till he's 24.
Thankfully MP changed it at half time bring Dio on which we should have started with. Tymon did well, but he isn't yet the threat going forward which Robby is. We are missing Robertson and need Elmo further forward to have threats with crosses. If Mason was sick then maybe that was the reason he was totally ineffective, but Clucas looks a much better player than Mason at the moment. In the end a fair result, and at least we came from behind again to get something from the game. Thank God we have Snodders who can deliver a ball. P.S. Good to see Newcastle got beat at home by Blackburn, might dent their bubble a bit.
