Uwe Rosler, that's a blast from the past! Never forget, he scored the last ever, ever goal at the Dell. Wonder if every other question they'll be asking Adkins will be about Chamberlain or Puncheon!? Andy Gay hates Saints, i remember a story by Alan Ball Andy (i think hes was at Everton at the time) had been slagging off Saints before playing us, so Alan Ball sat on him all the game, Gay was soo pissed of after the game he stormed into the saints dressing room, telling Alan Ball how **** he was because he never let Gay playand all he did was kick lumps out of everyone, and whats he ever done for football, Alan Ball sat there chucklingand said not much but i did win the world cup, Gay went red and stormed out. I dont think ive heard Gay say anything posistive about us.
Andy Gray once got cautioned by the Police at the Dell after flicking the V's and swearing at the crowd after he scored for Wolves. He didn't realise he was mouthing off towards the family centre "chocolate box".
At least they didn't say anything about the club being "at odds with the media" all of last season. Doh!
Irritating I was looking forward to hearing Adkins but tbf Keys and Gray would have just talked over whatever Adkins wanted to say. Hopefully the cancellation was for a Signing or at least something important and not just to give the Media another reason to have a go at us.
Made me laugh how they had to mention the media thing from last season,maybe just maybe he became busy richard.maybe there is other things to do for a football manager these days apart from pandering to the media.If cortese or anyone didn't wanna let nigel talk to them he would of said no straight off, bloody **** stirrers these media are!
