Need to get back to 3-5-2 get Harry back in for this which will be a physical challenge .. Elmo is better in this formation and can't defend for his life in a flat back 4 .. midfield needs shaking up .. neither Mason nor Henriksen are doing anything to warrant their places .. be inclined to go with Livermore Thudd and Clucas across the middle and give Snod a free role behind or alongside Mbok.. Finally take Marshall out of the firing line .. and either Big Mac or Jak to return

Treatment day is usually every 4th wednesday but they changed it to friday this time so just a bit knackered.

Not on anything serious just immuno treatment just tired for a day afterwards
