have you got fibre optic internet? I think in order to get a really good stream, you need high speed internet.
I guess until the people providing you with illegal streams for free have as good equipment as the firms who have paid millions for the broadcasting rights that they are nicking the transmission off then you will have to lump it.
Mobdro has quite a few US sports channels, plus a lot of other things, on it. Works best on Android phones and tablets or an Amazon Firestick. KODI has plenty.

You can't, unless they are on SKY Sports or BT. Mobdro is great for watching loads of stuff though, SKY Sprts, SKY Movies and anything else on SKY.You need KODI to get streams for City games.
using Kodi i cant find anything reliable and with understandable audio , so for football i stick to EPLsite or as it was iraqigoals on the computer
