Why do you think that chasing people for tax they owe wouldn't have much of an effect?
It's key to the system. If people think that they'll get away with not paying, then some of them will do it.

I have given you long enough to answer now. I have to make my own assessment on why you haven't. Go back and count up how many times I initiate these tedious exchanges, and how many times some **** wit initiates it, and then gets demanding of a reply.

If you don't like them, why initiate them, as you've just done again. This occasion is typical, as you're defending a **** wit that's latched on to the wrong end of a comment, and seems to be blind to the answers and explanations provided, and you're supported by a tedious ****wit that has a high percentage of posts that are just unprompted childish comments about me.

Challenge the cause if your issue really is the diversions instead of being a part of the problem with your tedious, inaccurate comments.

 

There was a textbook example yesterday when PNP asked you quite a straightforward question, easily answered with one word, and you rambled on not answering it and calling anyone who pointed that out a thick twat and insisting you had. Hypocritical, evasive lies as to be expected by now.
