  3. The trouble is, though, Bambi, that all of that will be undone should you get completely trounced by the likes of Real or Bayern. Yes, if you go out with a whimper to the likes of Seville, the English viewing public will undoubtedly applaud your first (and probably only) attempt at the competition. Spurs got the quarter finals, if you recall, on our first attempt, so it can be done.

However, as Arsenal have found on numerous occasions, you are never very far away from a substantial dry-humping, beamed across the Globe for all to laugh at. God forbid that you go down in history as the first English side to get smashed by 6 or 7, in this competition!

Barca's under 4 team would beat Leicester.

You got trounced by Madrid that year though didn't you? Would you have rather gone out to a smaller side?

Bet your fans enjoyed their trip to the Bernabeu regardless.

As a fan of a smaller club to I would want to play the cream of crop in the most famous stadiums.

Not gonna win the thing so that's what it's all about isn't it?

Let's hope, then, for Real, and pray to the gods of football that Leicester can keep the scoring down to single figures.

Leicester have topped the statistically poorest group to have ever been in the CL. #Opta..

As a 5 time winner, I've seen some tough groups and extremely tough 'battles'. I'd say winning it 5 times automatically makes you a great club. Agree?

  13. That's a damning stat, mate.

The problem for Leicester fans - as I am sure they are more than well aware - is that every team in their group, including Leicester, would be expecting to receive a Jurassic-style dry-humping in the knock-out stages. None of those sides have yet been properly tested.

At least Leicester can't get Atletico.

**** me would that be dull... I'd rather watch Burnley play Sunderland <laugh>

  15. I certainly believe that it gives you the right to talk with some authority on the subject, mate.

By contrast, any fan of a club that had played in the competition, say, 20 times, and never won it, I think he should keep his trap well and truly shut, for fear of embarrassing himself. I'd appreciate your expert views on that suggestion, Sky.

I'm afraid your desperate rimming of Sky can't hide the fact that for 18 years out of the last 20, Spurs have been too **** to even be in the comp.

...were you the fat bloke with silly hair in goal?

PS you've never actually won the final of the UCL ...you did win the previous fore runner... then you managed a flukey draw in the UCL final after getting through the semi with a ghost goal ...Liverpool are the penalty kings of the UCL finals ...100% record ...:)

PS how did you get on in your last UCL campaign?

Does that mean Leicester fans can educate the majority of us about winning a league title in the modern era?* <whistle>
