It wasn't anything to do with spending on the squad (in fact we made an £18m profit on player trading), it was down to having a Premier Legaue wage bill, with a Championship income.

What impact does that actually have? Presumably they'll put the price up to £134m now?!

They already announced they were doing this before they named the £130m price tag.

Though they've probably put it up to £140m today, as it's raining and they think it's improved the pitch.

I thought that all the players had relegation clauses in their contracts to safe guard against such things this time round ?

They did, but it wasn't enough, we still had one of the highest wage bills in the Championship and expenditure exceeded income to the tune of £20.6m.

It's a plus for the club. It saves it £4m x 5% =£200k pa in interest.

Bit of a he said she said thing he but here goes.

When Peter Grieve was in the running a significant member on the board had a lot to do with it and said this take over was the best option. Anyway when the prodigal son took over as chairman he fired Bruce, Ehab offered said member of the board a significant amount of money to leave the board and another lump son for the advertisements around the stadium.

This might be common knowledge I don't know, but since this board member left the footballing decisions have been absolutely horrendous.

You just have to listen to the start to hear Sophie say "I'm Sophie Rudd from up Grimsby way". She was obviously a man. The real question is whether Sophie is transgender or transvestite. I couldn't care either way. You can see her again in he next round.
