I don't know about anyone else but it's a very real posibility that the poor signings have come as a result of Grayson not being allowed to get the signings he really wants. Paynter was an honest mistake, since he was bangin em in for fun when we got him. We should have gotten rid, but I reckon Larry's hands will have been tied about getting someone new. Alternatively his judgement may be off due to the amount of pressure on him, due to not being able to sign who he wants. His job is on the line this season if there's no improvement, even though it's not entirely his fault. I think the man has potential that is not being met. Also, it was nice to see an interview where he didn't just recycle the same old jibberish. He sounded very pissed off in the interview regarding saturday's match. I do think he gives teams too much respect, though. He basically said in the pre match interview that he thought southampton were better than us. Grayson has done a good job overall but it looks like he has reached his limit. A mediocre Championship manager may be his level. Hope we don't have to stick with him for several seasons before he's moved on. Hope I'm wrong though cos I'm no youngster so I want to see Leeds in premiership sooner than later
