What has one got to do with the other. Nothing matters unless you win something. This idea of being in it just for the sake of it is meaningless. And I wasn't taking the piss, simply pointing out they are in the very position ALL gooners themselves by their own admission didn't want to be, which is finishing second in the group yet again and likely facing a bastard tie in the knock outs.

To be fair, as it stands, finishing top of your group could mean facing Real Madrid or Bayern Munich, not so great tbh.

I have to disagree about the idea that nothing matters if you don't win it, otherwise why are most people watching football? I enjoy watching Arsenal even if we don't quite get to where we want to be. I particularly enjoy CL nights and watching Arsenal up against the best Europe has to offer. Was an exciting game tonight and I enjoyed it

Also think we are unlucky to be second in the group having drawn both games against PSG while doing better against the other teams. One away goal vs one home goal is the only reason they are top instead of Arsenal who have the better GD. It's been a good fight for top spot and still one game to finish it off!
