Leicester win their group on their CL debut. Brilliant for them.

Hilariously weak group though. Brugge are just plain awful. Copenhagen aren't much better. Wouldn't have minded them in our group.

Is it? What was Monaco & Deportivo a few years back? Swear that was 11/12.

    Well done to Leicester <applause>

Poor from Spurs though. Considering they were a 3rd seed they got a ridiculously easy group. Really should have qualified from it.

What is noticeable is the strength of some of the other groups, for example Borussia, Real, Sporting who are no mugs and Legia. And the Sevilla, Juve, Lyon group so while Leicester had what may have been a weak group, FLT's favourite London team has seriously underachieved. If they are fortunate to qualify for the EL, I don't expect them to do that much as there are better teams in the competition already like Shaktar, Shalke, Feyenoord, Ajax, Villareal, Napoli and Fiorentina - all would put Spurs to the sword.

Modesty prevented me in naming Southampton. I feel will be on squeaky bum time against the Israeli team in just over two weeks time. Hope I am wrong though and win can be achieved against the wily Czechs of Sparta Praque.

Just seen Andy Woodward interviewed on Sky about the abuse he suffered at Crewe Alexandra....he says he still has to turn the TV off if Crewe are being discussed. Tragic case...he had spells every season when he couldn't play because of mental illness. He is still suffering and has suicidal tendencies. Other players are now coming forward to speak out. A life ruined by a selfish, evil man.

The Barry Bennell stuff is heart breaking. More and more players coming forward and saying he abused them as kids. Since he was sentenced in May, 13 more people have come forward saying he abused them.

Man City's David White now come forward. The accused man is now in prison, but these men coming forward may help others by giving boys courage to stand up and speak out. The sad thing is like so many victims they feel they couldn't tell their parents as they were ashamed or didn't think they'd be believed.

Is he in jail now? Reports say he was jailed for 9 years in 1998? It's always a difficult subject but someone like that should really not be given a second chance. Nor should they be executed. Nor should they be given free board and lodgings. Dump them on an island as in Papillon?
