Lighten up Tobes, there is little you or I can do about it.
I've said many times, it's going to be a cluster ****. 10 guys on NOT606 is going to make little difference.

Sorry mate, I was under the impression this was a thread about Brexit on a discussion forum.

    Pardon me.

Cameron didn't say anything about WWIII. He talked about peace and stability in Europe.
Osbourne said that Brexit would cost the country £30bn. That looks quite conservative at the moment, doesn't it?
I'm sure that there were lies told by the Remain campaign, but I don't think that either of those are.
I'd condemn them for it too though, if they were brought to my attention.

Both campaigns were poor though, I'd agree with you there.
Both had powerful figures that actually wanted the reverse decision.
It basically turned into Tory infighting, which left Farage as the only supposed alternative, though he's a Tory too.
Option A: Tory, Option B: Tory or Option C: Tory? Great.

Because that wasn't an actual option and they had no intention of doing it, nor were they in a position to.
It was utterly dishonest in about five different ways. Is it going to happen? Of course not.
Can't I be concerned about both? You might be happy digesting propaganda as fact, but I'm not.
He already said that and it was crap before you repeated it.
Thanks for joining in the Trump-esque, "No bigot. No bigot. You're the bigot!", chorus line, though.
Is there an echo in here?
Because we've backed ourselves into a corner and alienated most of our closest allies.
We're also in an incredibly unstable situation and our finances are ****ed.

You do realise that every post on any subject on this site is completely futile and thus a waste of time and energy don't you?

Another sourceless, anonymous story from one of your favourites, Pete?
Health tourism is a genuine issue, but the opening of this article reads like the fiction that it probably is.
Totally unnecessary scaremongering, like most of their non-celebrity content.

I suppose it depends on what side of the fence you are. You've chosen to interpret Cameron's and Osbourne's comments as nothing more than good campaigning material which may or may not be correct, but dismiss the slogan as a blatant lie.
Where does the truth end and a lie begin?

Another attempt to brand anyone that disagrees with the right-wing a bigot?
Standard tactics at the moment for the fragile flowers of conservatism.

Writing Love Trumps Hate on your hand is out-and-out aggression, apparently.
How dare people have an opinion that doesn't tally with that of The Mail and The Express?
    That's clearly actual violence.

Anyone else see the irony in the Nazis constantly harking back to how great Britain is because we won a war 70 years ago?

It's a cornerstone of Pete's reasoning as to why trade won't be adversely affected by Brexit.

The whole story is a ****ing disgrace.

A woman who went into labour whilst here on a visa, and was only 24 weeks - being classed as 'health tourist' by the Daily Nazi.

80% of the costs of treating foreigners who fall ill while here on holiday etc is reclaimable, however the NHS systems are so inefficient that only a tiny proportion of what should be claimed back actually is.

But let's not let little things like facts get in the way of another juicy headline about foreigners taking the piss.

    AND YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT!

Cameron didn't say what the media claimed that he did. He didn't mention WWIII.
If there's a lie there, then it's pretty obvious who was telling it.
As for his point about peace and stability, it's arguable, but it's not a clear falsehood.
We've had very little war in EU countries since it's formation, relative to how things were prior to it's inception.
Correlation does not equal causation, though.

Osbourne's figure was far more debatable, but it's a prediction based upon real figures, IIRC.
Time will tell if it's accurate or not. Was it dishonest? It was probably spun, so somewhat dishonest, yes.
He would've been better off using something that was agreed upon, both with regards to honesty and campaigning.

The NHS figures just weren't true, though. Nobody on the Leave side intended to spend that £350m on it.
They weren't in a position to, nor would they have done so if they were. Johnson and Gove are both pro-privatisation.
Farage knew that it was bullshit, but chose not to mention it until the morning after the referendum. Funny that.

Car insurance is insane in this country. It's a ridiculous situation.
