I want to know where your cultural roots are, given that you're a protector of culture, it's a perfectly reasonable question, as those cultural beliefs have obviously formed part of the reason you now you view the World in the way that you do.

You've dodged the question for weeks, and I find it odd that you're not proud to enlighten us

 

Why is it any of your business? What do you gain from knowing this information? Why is it relevant? What difference would it make if I say Latvian or Portuguese?

 

It's an opinion based on decades of seeing the headlines whilst knowing the actual facts that are twisted into some sensationalist and often xenophobic right wing fear story, that plays to the audience of auld ****ers that read them.

In recent years they've become more extreme as their traditional readership is literally dying off. They're now aiming at those who lap up a bit sneering at foreigners, the unemployed and Muslims

The first link is from a propaganda channel. That's not bigotry, it's a fact.
The second is from an ultra-capitalist think-tank that hate nationalisation and got caught backing the tobacco industry, while taking money from them.

Except that's not what they're doing and the article says as much.
They're allowed to advertise and emphasise areas where they're lacking recruits.
They're not allowed to discriminate at the hiring stage.

The first statement's misleading, at best. Suggesting that they're going to spend it on the NHS is just false.
