That's not any kind of correct.

Remain say that it's not an accurate claim, as we get a load of it back and we actually get something from it.
That looks a lot more precise to me, but even then, you can check to find the real figures.

Even if you think that both are lying, that doesn't mean that there's not an actual truth there somewhere.

Do we not give £350 million per week? Do we not get, what, about 50% of it back? Both statements are true.
