    It was a good day today! It rained often enough so that South wales was obscured (dudk)

    Crazy. There are no 4 * hotels in North Wales. It's an oxymoron.

    Ditto hate of camping, unless it's in lycra and onstage with my tongue in my cheek.

    I hate music festivals, too, for the same reasons plus more. So that sucks more than camping. It's like Camping Extreme.

    We went on a caravan holiday at Angle in SW Wales once. Had a great time. I can cope with a caravan.

    Anybody seen Mike Leigh's film, Nuts in May? Comedy gold:

    Camping's fun. Few mates, tonns of beer, crisp sandwiches. What more can you want?

    Devon/Cornwall i would recomment. Or IOW.

    Welcome back!

    To be honest, camping isn't for me. Did it when I was 10 and hated it! Much prefer caravan holidays compared to camping holidays. It feels more like home to me.

    <ok>
