Fail to see how a handball could be "definite when defender is facing away from the ball and arms wide hitting back and side of arm. The game you're referring to is the very attractive league cup fixture against the mighty Blackburn. We've had over over 12 years of mediocrity/idiots running our club. I used to be a STH for many years but won't go again whilst Cellino is at the healm milking the club for all he can get. You may be too young to remember, but Newcastle averaged c17000 not too many years ago in the old second division.
