    Good day good folks of not606 <ok>

    Two I have backed this evening (Saturday) for today;

    Go It Alone 8/1 - Cork 2.30
    Jer's Girl 7/2 - Punchestown 2.20

    The former is thriving since going handicapping and has more to come I feel. Jers Girl is facing a big test in here but receiving her allowances she may well be able to spring a small surprise if Willie has left a lb or two on some of his entries.

    Enjoy your day.

    Morning all;

    2 selections so far for today;

    12.45 EXETER- MUFFINS FOR TEA- 9/2

    First of all stable is flying, has been placed in all 3 novice/maiden hurdles and definitely looks one to improve now handicapping and going over a further distance looks the one to beat in this race

    13.55 EXETER- MISSED APPROACH- 7/4

    Made the handicapper look stupid last year when bolting up at newbury and Ffos llas which then made him put up a whopping 20LBS , had no race whatso ever in the Pertemps, on probabaly a mark way beyond his hurdling ability but looked to put that race behind him when runner up at Ayr, on a trip which would have been to short for him, Has won a Point2Point earlier in his career and looks made for chasing , a back up to 3m too looks sure to suit

    Also just taken a very small chunk of 50's available for Monksland for the Hennessy on Saturday- had a look ranges from 20/1 to 50/1 (altho you can get 66 with Betway)

    KATTANGA KATTANGA all you good good people.its been a good while since ive been able to get on here due to my travels.
    mucho has changed personally since my last look in---but just had a glimpse of recent threads and great to see some of the old gang banging a few winners in--oddy,stick,old heisenburg,nass--to name but a few.personally ive to admit that ive moved over to "the dark side" of betting---chasing the arbs and free bets--its very complicated,but pays for me and the vodka queen travelling.just recently,the mayor of benalmedena asked the wifey to launch his private sea going yacht--he was using a bottle of Smirnoff instead of champagne----the boat was 4 miles out at sea before the wifey would let go of the bottle. 1-3-4-Wooden-Balls-Hardwood-Balls.jpg
    on a sad note,i read that our old member ,arkle,has just got the chop from his job but he wrote he is publishing his own book of poetry soon(honest)--I am agog with anticipation-not.
    I still dabble on the horses normally also--its as hard as ever----but I tend to have most success on the irish racing.
    thus---my plodder today is FIRST TO BOOGIE 3.25 PUNCH---probs because,i like to boogie,yes I love to boogie--on a Saturday night.
    my time over the winter will be spent on a big dig in northern turkey.whilst there in the summer I came across an artefact(attatched pic) and I am convinced its one of a pair--if I find the 2nd one,this time next year I could be a millionaire.
    so keep ye eyes peeled on E BAY for sale---the Trojan horses balls.
    good luck and god bless all who sail in her

    Think Brian Hughes could have another good day today at Uttoxeter, 3 rides today but I'll be going for his two more fancied runners(his other being a 33/1 outsider but I suppose you never know)

    1:35 Lilywhite gesture 5/2
    3:45 Black Ivory 9/4

    Singles and double

    Also, A Toi Phil at 7/2 looks overpriced to me, think its a closer race than the betting would suggest. A Toi Phil looked good on chase debut and I think the change to Elliott will get more out of this horse this season. Happy to take on Disko at the prices.

    The D Pipe top weight in this has been pretty consistent on the whole. The fall LTO was untypical.
    Seems to have a decent chance here.
    Win & bigger place @ BSP.

    16:00 Exeter - Magnus Romeo e/w

    (Might show a bit of improvement now first time in a handicap. 25/1 still available in many places).

    Geraghty has picked Jers Girl so he doesn't expect Ivanovich to turn up today. However he wouldn't be the first JP retained rider to get it wrong. Personally I think Ivanovich needs much better ground than they're getting today.

    I'd call it around EVS for Willie Mullins to have the first 3 home in the Champion Hurdle.
