That thread has lasted longer than all but two of my relationships and thus I've grown fond of it. As a milennial it provides a safe space (or safespace?) for snowflakes like me to escape the reality of Brexit Britain sponsored by the Daily Mail and Peter Saxton & Co.

What? Didn't understand a word of that. Are you saying the thread consists of pages and pages of empty waffle? The thread you are clearly the greatest contributor to? I see.

I'm humbled by you calling me the greatest contributor. I do try to keep some of the great unwashed on topic, but it's a bit like herding cats,

Fair play for providing a bit of an example on what I was saying in the earlier reply, I forgot the bit about some trying to spin quotes in an attempt to justify their prejudice. :emoticon-0105-wink:

The EU thread is little to do with the EU, the exchanges will be virtually the same on this thread.

Always the same bullshit, mate. He constantly and consistently deflects and diverts any topic that he doesn't want to, or can't answer.

Followed by pages and pages of pointless deflectory bollocks.

Shall I tell you what I think is funny. So few have either read or understood the OP and therefore so spectacularly missed the purpose of this thread.

Nobody encapsulates that more than Comm.

You keep making claims you can't back up. I've not counted, but I reckon the bulk of your replies on there contain nothing but childish abuse.

The odd occasion you get cornered into a conversation, you end up realising we have the same view on many things.

Mate, this is nothing to do with whether I like it or not <laugh> It's the opportunity for those who are involved to finally draw a line underneath it. It would help if people had read the OP. From the posts so far it seems very few actually have. What a shame.

I'm not sure what you were thinking when you posted it. It's a daft question, because it'll die on it's own, and it's easy to ignore. You took too long to make your point, and you're just a poster like the rest of us.

I don't get cornered into debate, I'm quite happy to debate any reasoned argument.

However, much of your content is meaningless waffle. That is a view shared by many other posters on this forum.

3 threads later and a cumulative of nearly a couple of thousand pages, and I beg to differ. Instead of the petty attack of calling it daft, and the excuse of it being "too long", try reading it.

As for the rest I direct you to my response to Spurlock above. Anyway I don't want to get drawn into another petty argument so I'll leave it there.

There aren't many posters on that thread, you bored them ****less by banging your single drum, and trying to retune it to match events, so an appeal to them is meaningless. It doesn't detract from the fact that a big percentage of your replies on the EU thread are non EU, and similar to the personalised 'abuse' and bullshit like the reply I've just quoted.

Yeah orite Kofee Anan. Instead you just open up another thread for them all to have a go at each other.

Typical United Nations move. Why didn't anyone else think of that? Could have prevented WW2 if only someone had got Hitler and the Allies together for a cuppa and a biscuit.

Thanks to you I've had to whoop Zlatan again. Before this thread he was OK in his hole.

And had it been one thread instead of closing them, it would quite likely have fizzled out a long time back.

Maybe, instead of blaming people for getting the wrong idea, you should consider if your message was wrong, or even needed.

In the meantime, I give you my permission to just skip over that thread rather than opening it.
